The vision is the image of a future that focuses on the organization and its offering. The vision describes a target image, a scenario in the future. It does not have to explicitly address or formulate the organization's objectives, because an image is first and foremost a way of describing reality. The objectives only emerge afterwards and become the organization's mission.
