The Host Academy Tyrol was launched in September 2012 and is based on an initiative of the state of Tyrol. It is organized by the Association of Tyrolean Tourism Associations. The Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce/Hotel Industry Section, Tirol Werbung and the Tyrolean Private Landlords' Association contribute to the success of the program with their networks and own efforts.
The 34 Tyrolean Tourism Association also plays an important role, contributing significantly to the professionalization and quality improvement of its landlords. The title "Landlord Academy" should not be misleading. Of course, all tourism professionals, including commercial businesses, are invited to take part in the seminars and workshops. All information about the venue, date and costs is available from the respective tourism association.
